At TopupPK, we strive to provide a smooth and secure experience for all our users. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions related to canceling orders made on our website.

1. Order Cancellation
Orders for digital products such as PUBG UC, Free Fire Diamonds, TikTok Coins, Gift Cards, and other in-game currencies are processed instantly or within a few minutes of purchase.
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, cancellations are generally not allowed once an order is successfully completed.
2. Exceptions
We may consider cancellations in certain situations, such as:
If the order has not been processed or delivered yet.
If there is a technical issue or payment error.

3. Refunds
Refunds for canceled orders (if eligible) will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Digital products that have already been delivered cannot be refunded, unless there is a technical error or issue on our side.

Reason for cancellation
