1. Digital Products
All products sold on TopupPK are digital items, including:

Important: Digital products are delivered instantly or within a few minutes after the purchase.
2. Returns
Digital products cannot be returned once delivered, as they are non-tangible items.
If you experience any technical issues during delivery, please contact our support team immediately.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
Payment failure or technical error – If the payment went through but the product was not delivered, a refund will be issued.
Duplicate orders or accidental purchases – If you accidentally ordered the same product twice, contact us within 24 hours.
Incorrect product delivery due to our error – If you receive the wrong top-up or coin, we will correct the order or refund the payment.
Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
